Afforable housing needed

Afforable housing. We need to enact a rent freeze and prevent landlords and property management companies from raising rent arbitrarily, for the sake of profit, when so many working class struggle to make rent. We also need to restrict corporations from buying up single family homes. We also need to start building UP and not OUT when it comes to new housing construction.
