Better housing developments

Housing developments need to be planned better with infrastructure, schools, emergency services and a percentage of open spaces as part of the master plan. I see houses after houses going in with no consideration of traffic or infrastructure to support the population coming in. Also, vet your builders if these communities. I see one builder here who left Calif. after multiple lawsuits for shoddy construction and improper ground prep. Houses were actually sinking!
