Better pay for childcare workers

Childcare. Working in it personally prior and now seeing the effects in other fields… lack of resources and oversight. Bad worker pay and high ratios. #1 for youth substance abuse, typically around last for funding per pupil as well. Not enough spaces or people wanting to work in childcare, and understandably in the region.
