Car insurance too high state need to help with cost

This has been happening forever and its getting Ridiculous now. With no hits on my drivers record and minimum liability is over $243/mon! Car payment $620 not included all other bills. With $200 left for groceries per 2 weeks. This is not the worst story. Make it make sence please 🙏 Help all of us. We are all in need of some help. Also, stop spending money to rip up a road, then put it back together then a month later you rip it up AGAIN? WHAT ! WASTE OF $$$ ! this is happening all over town! Please your welcome to contact me on the other things they have ripped up put back new then rip up again to choose another fix. Like a waste of $. They need a better planner it seems. This was mostly on east side on Cabana rd, & Hollywood rd. Unbelievable on the waste of $ in this town and they raise our taxes and it goes to waste. Please do something on this and they cost of Car Insurance should be a cap. And to back date back cost it per liability and full coverage! Back cost it to normal rates. You raise the rates to the ones who got in a wreck, not everyone else's 🙄 insurance too. That isn't fair.
