Recently there was a report of a judge demanding the release of a criminal who had been arrested 36 times. The sheriff refused the order. My question is why was this criminal released over and over only to be arrested 36 times? Is this just a judicial system funding itself and supporting a corrupt judiciary? Think of his cost for public defenders, judges, incarceration, medical care. What a scam to protect the legal officers in our court system. This is worse than the AMA. WHY WAS HE RELEASED AFTER HIS 3RD OR 5TH ARREST? Why are taxpayers being raped to fund this obvious fraud? I support public hangings to stop the criminal from victimizing over and over. Our legal system is a disgrace.

The US and State constitutions require affordable bail to anyone charged w a crime since they are presumed innocent under our laws. The case you cite was a proper grant of bail with a condition of house arrest. The sheriff refused to do his job of monitoring the house arrest.
