College in Logandale Nevada

Establish a college in Logandale Nevada to study Permaculture, Regenerative Agriculture, and Rehydration of arid land. The Mascot for the College should be Green Flake. The Moapa Valley was settled by Latter-day Saints. Green Flake was an enslaved Latter-day Saint that was freed by Brigham Young. Finding a way to include local Paiute Indians in the project would be ideal. We need unity in our communities. We are better together. Faith, Family, and Freedom and the constitution on the United States need to be the foundation of the college.
