Commanding officers of highway patrol negligence

Highway patrol needs a complete overhaul of the upper command. There needs to be a complete investigation and the ones breaking protocol or harassing officers that are underneath them. These commanding officers should be held accountable. If an officer disagrees or points out something wrong, they are ridiculed. This ridicule is never documented. It is hush-hush be quiet. Don’t say anything. Or we will make your job a living hell this is what they do to these officers. There is a laundry list of unwritten rules, or quotas that these officers are required to do, but legally, they’re not allowed to have quarters.
