Cost of Living Impacts the environment and Jobs

I've lived in Nevada my whole life. And what sucks is how much Nevada has sold land to billionaires with the promise of better things to come. Where are the better things? Instead the cost of living has rose for most of Nevada, including small towns like Hawthorne, Carlin, Winnemuca, etc. Towns that should not have the cost of living go up so much. But after the warehouses were built they did. What's worse the draining of our waters have also been impacted. Nevada needs to be careful as we've killed one lake already Walker Lake. A lake where loons called it home now forced to go elsewhere when migrating. This also results in waste and damage to our lands, forcing mustangs to redirect where they can roam. We need to tax businesses properly especially if they buy multiple casinos like The Row in Reno. If we are going to allow for these billion dollar corporations to buy businesses or properties here in Nevada, especially in Reno only two rental companies are owned by locals, then make them pay the toll. It won't impact the everyday Nevadan because most of us can only dream of earning anywhere near six figures let alone millions. We need better understanding of why the wealthy who don't live in Nevada can buy our lands, properties and businesses. They don't know Nevada, so please please look into taxing them correctly to better off set this rising cost in living and harm to our environment and jobs.
