Dangerous driving at night in Las Vegas

Dangerous driving at night in Las Vegas. Since they took off orange covers from the streets lights, they are glaring so bright into the car I almost crashed several times and run over a neighbor because I was blinded by the lights. And people driving with headlights almost every time I drive in the evening- horrible!
