Dangerous intersection needs lights

The intersection of East Lake Mead Blvd and Los Feliz St is very dangerous. It takes a long time to cross the boulevard (especially for the elderly and for small children), while Pabco double-length semis fully loaded with sheetrock and Fravel trucks from the nearby quarry are barreling down without even slowing. Please, send someone to collect data and have AI evaluate that particular intersection for installation of crossing lights, or at a minimum, a 4-way STOP sign. There have been numerous deaths here, and our property (Sunrise Mountain Townhomes) has had our corner wall demolished more times than I can count by runaway vehicles. I contacted the city, county, state authorities, even TV stations, and RJ, but everybody is passing the proverbial buck. Please, have someone with decision-making power look into it. A study is all I'm asking for.
