Need to rethink the whole education system from K to 12 grade think outside the box like getting rid of 12th grade and putting that money into kindergarten and first grade.. using 12 grade for job experience..

Such an interesting idea! It seems like it sure would help with "Senioritis!" For many students, their senior year is a waste of time in terms of what they're actually learning vs what they could be experiencing out in "the real world." If I had to do it over again, I would have advocated for my boys to do a service learning year or a job shadow program like what you are proposing. Brilliant!
