So many are loosing thier homes, money, and any thing of value to phoney payees. Take the case of George Ingram 99 lost everything to a man who would not even let him have enough money for a shave as he had control of all his money. He was so scared of this man he was afraid he was going to burn him up in his own home if he tried to do anything about it. A vet who had been threaten and he died scared too death. This is happening over and over again. They look for those who has no family. Prime targets.
