End Sexual Harrassment of Female Students

These schools need to learn a lesson I say we organize a state wide pull out kids out and homeschool next year but give them the notice the last few weeks of this season, then pull our kids, this could be done nationally we have to unite and end this nonsense once and for all school don’t want to stop then lose 1/4 of your students and the funding that comes with them, we have the power as parents if we unite

This idea inherently treats transgender children as threats when it's cisgender boys who learn how to mistreat women at home. Transgender and other gender-variant kids are bullied enough just for being out (source: I was once a trans youth in rural Nevada who saw how queer kids were treated and I almost died by suicide because the adults around me ostracized them). But you know who they never disciplined? The macho boys who pulled girls' hair, sexually harassed girls, and bullied boys who didn't cause any harm to girls by calling them "faggots" and "sissies". Predatory and abusive boys and men don't need to switch their gender to cause harm because they already do and we pat them on the back. I'm begging y'all to stop obsessing over children's genitals and think about actual ways to help kids.

Trans should not go into girls private spaces nor play in girls sports. A lot could happen as if “all boys” trans or not pretend to be trans just to see a real girl nakedness. Also win every girl sport . That is unfair to girls. We should care for girls rights and spaces. I would not want my daughter going to a school that does not protect her privacy.

The bigoted stereotypes reflected in this proposal demean the dignity of fellow countrymen, a regrettably offensive expression of bad faith in the First Amendment.

Simple. If you have a penis, use the boys bathroom/locker room.

If they are presenting as female, they should be treated as female and go to the restroom that matches their gender as presented. They pose zero danger. They just need to change, go to the bathroom, and play sports like any other kid.
