EV charging infrastructure in rural Nevada is broken and that affects tourism and our economy

🚗 I tried planning an EV trip across Nevada recently and honestly… it’s still pretty tough on many key routes through rural Nevada. More chargers would mean more travelers stopping in small towns for food, hotels, etc. 🗳️ Tesla’s doing one of their public votes right now for new fast charger locations, and five Nevada sites are on the list: Carson City, Austin, and Baker on US-50, plus Alamo and Jackpot on US-93. 🔗 You don’t need a Tesla to vote, and the stations would be open to all EVs anyway.
