One of the root causes of why we have so many social issues is because of our despotic family courts and the separation of our families so many people go to court and have to prove that they're fit mother or father when they should be able to have that god-given in any way of right and protection through the 14th amendment Please pass laws that enforce parental rights and stop parental alienation and pathogenic parenting that is the root cause of so many social issues such as anxiety depression mental illness criminal history drug use sex trafficking mass shootings all occurring cuz the breakdown of our family unit. Please pass laws such as RobertGarza.us for time taking time back and for other laws that promote parenting. We also have an out of control judicial system and judges that are not trained properly they are sentencing people to max sentences and they are not helping people to get programs or help We need to get out of the prison industrial complex where they charge $300 per inmate per day that the federal government sends to the states and is over 50% of Nevada's budget We need less government regulations and more common sense policing stop putting people in cages. Everybody does stupid things there should be more chances and also the commissary and other stuff that incentivizes putting people in jail and no programming for inmates. We should be giving help and programs and teaching the judges empathy and sympathy and the crime should match the punishment. The prosecutor's office is out of control and the judges go along with it. Also the family court judges are completely despotic and they need more training and enforcing parental rights and equality.
