Raising revenue to properly fund education, healthcare, public transit, and other public goods. This is a major problem for Nevada considering how much federal funding we rely on and how much we have counted on revenue from gaming in the past.

I see increasing state revenue as increasing taxes. Say on sales tax and property tax. Is that what you were thinking?
