Guest home regulations for single family residences.

We need to change the regulations for Guest Houses on properties that are zoned single family residences. Manufactured homers should be allowed. Clark Co already changed that rule. I understand that we don’t want people renting them out, but just because the guest house has only a stove top instead of full kitchen, does not mean that someone won’t rent them out if they don’t want to follow rules.
It is next to impossible here in Pahrump to find a contractor that can build a stick house as a guest house . If you have family members that need care because of medical issues, then a temporarily license for caretaker can be purchased.
please consider changing this regulation to help families who need a guest home as care home for parents and don’t want to worry about having to remove a “temporary structure” (manufactured home) that costs $200,000 to place.
