Homeless Housing in Nevada

I have a 33 year old totally disabled granddaughter that has been living in an RV on a public street in Sun Valley for over a year. We, her grandparents and father, just found out. The RV has no electricity, running water, air conditioning or heat. The Washoe County Hope Homeless just contacted me yesterday after I complained to the Washoe County Commissioners about this situation. We are happy that the Washoe County Hope Homeless Team is assisting our 33 year old totally disabled granddaughter. But, how many other disabled people, Vets, families, etc. are in this same situation in Nevada? Who actually is helping them to get housing, food, clothing, medicines, utilities, etc.? It is very difficult for a physically or mentally disabled person, or just a homeless person to get services without some agency or family member or friend assisting them. We fear there are a lot of other homeless people that need help now. Lois Denaut
