Homelessness

On the east side of town there is a lot of homeless and encampments close to our elementary schools and in area that can be dangerously for the children and citizens. They are living also in parked trailer and metro is unable to do anything . Also a huge of unlicensed vendors in this side and working out of city property and making it a business in that area . Horrible !
