Housing affordability

Well of course this is the most Central important issue to everybody because if you can't afford to live then that's going to be the first concern on your mind and it let's be honest inflation is out of control. Normally my subject would have been about Healthcare most of all political reform but right now inflation is everybody struggle. Ideas that I think would be highly suggestive and great would be imposed rent control and build more housing to make housing more affordable for everybody then once you do that subsidize back some of the money as a grant or big tax write-off to the land owners of property owners cuz obviously it wouldn't be right for them to lose money either there has to be a grand plan in the middle that may fit fix this problem with a real solution that makes everyone happy most of all there needs to be a policy implicated to stop for an investors and big property lab developers should buy it up all the homes again I'm open to new Solutions ideas and suggestions if there's people out there that have better ideas than the ones I brought up which I'm sure there are new and better ideas that are actually workable I'm all ears.
