Housing Affordability Assistance Prospective
From "Welcome to The Nevada Forum!"
Go to the project
Housing affordability assistance for prospective first time home buyers inclusive of those who are stuck in the middle with a household income between $150k to $250k. This group makes too much money for home buying assistance and too little money to realistically buy a median priced home in the market today. Unfortunately, if and when there are home buying assistance programs for this income group, it is mostly exclusive to first responders and educators. If state leaders can address this problem, the large group of local residents within this income range may be able to actually afford a home instead of passing it up so the large commercial property management companies continue to have the opportunity to monopolize the housing in the valley.
