Illegal marijuana farm in Pahrump

There is an illegally operating marijuana farm in Pahrump. The BOCC, Nevada Code Compliance, the Governors office and the DEA are all very aware of this but continue to allow them to operate. They failed to renew their license back in June of 2025. The BOCC voted unanimously not to renew the license and they were to be shut down. This was back in Jan of this year. As of today (4/15/26) they are still in operation and have had at least 2 full harvests. This place literally purges is green house several times a day/ night filling the air with dangerous, noxious toxins. The residents have complained, fine to officials as high as Congressman Horseford and are still being ignored. When will the corruption end.
