Lack of affordable housing

Affordable and available housing is out of reach for hourly workers in Clark County. Investors have deliberately purchased single-family homes to make Clark County a renters' market. There is more housing for renters in Clark County than before. Some housing projects are strictly for renters, which allows the housing market to be controlled by investors. We need legislation to stop the monopoly in Clark County, which, sadly, involves many of our noted community leaders.
