Seems that all government agencies get they're paycheck but continue to do not the right thing to improve Las Vegas stripmalls RTC BUS STOPS. Stalling construction on MARYLAND PKWY. Construction Road signs are up and visible staying under construction but there is none. Rude RTC Bus Drivers they don't help when a rider asks questions about locations and what bus to take or transfer to my destination. Bus stops are bombarded with panhandlers people sitting at bus stops bothering me asking for money cigarettes and even asked me if I wanted to buy marijuana. My answer to them was absolutely not. Then these panhandlers got offended and copped an attitude. Ramp up Police patrol. Police Dept should not wait until after the fact. Patrol needs to be assigned to the problem s
