Legislative process and collaboration

From "Welcome to The Nevada Forum!"

Go to the project

Assemblywoman Kasama's transparency bills from the 2023 session need to be brought back and supported. The legislators need to follow the state Constitution and remove the self-imposed exemption to the open meeting law, no more behind the bar and suspending of the rules the last two weeks of the session. Legislators need to leave partisanship at the door and be willing to honestly collaborate and reason consensus. Note I do not say compromise. There is a difference.
