Yes, I've lived in Pahrump for the better part of 50 years.
Yes, it really causes an undue financial burden on the elderly and fixed income people, to have to move travel trailers or cars they are working on. Because they get a notice, or a ticket to remove said "unlicensed vehicles from property "
Yes, I get it. However, if you are working on, or cleaning up said unlicensed vehicle, to get it road ready. Then let the property owner be.
I try and keep my property clean, weed free, trash free, fenced ect.
In my opinion, we are giving our rights away with all the New Laws Pahrump is getting hammered with. I'm requesting for all these New Laws to be put on the ballot and let the people who live here Vote on them. We, the whole of Pahrump does NOT have HOA's and do Not want them.
Understand, I am not saying, let your property go without clean up, maintenance or be a nasty sight.
But if you buy a lot, and it happens to be next to someone who is a collector of things, don't claim your property value is going down.
Simply, don't buy that lot.
Just a suggestion. Thanks Adriane Wheeler George

There are too many big rigs/semi trucks parked in residential area's that should not be there. Especially later in the evening.
