Teachers should not be upset about their fellow teachers losing their jobs and classrooms over burdened with more students than one teacher can possibly manage. Teachers should be focused on being good educators for each of our children with maybe 25 students, maximum per teacher. Expecting one person to mange 35 or more students while managing negative emotions over decreased budgets and being punished based on our growing school options is unrelentingly depressing for the teachers lucky enough to keep their jobs!

Currently in Clark County, they have a hiring freeze because they have too many teachers. If you ask me, too many teachers is kind of the solution here. Why not use the surplus to get more classes with smaller class sizes?
