Mining and taxes

Mining pays a very small percentage of taxes to Nevada while making billions taking our resources. In Alaska oil companies pay taxes AND an annual payment t to every Alaskan citizen. We have many needs in Nevada and little funding. We need legislation to tax and appropriate for public safety and roads and childcare - and NOT a blank check for education that just ensures money for admission iatratipn.
