More health care in rural areas

Recruiting and keeping medical providers & specialists for seniors and children with needs for complex care. Particularly in our rural areas. Both my son and elderly father are disabled and in need of many specialists. We have to travel out of state at least once per month to get appropriate care for my son due to the lack specialists including ENT limiting our choice for care. The student loan payoff is great but it won’t keep the providers here. Finally forcing folks in rural areas who are on Medicaid into managed care plans for fee for service will result in an even more limited amount of providers because those companies are notorious for taking money from providers leaving them no incentive to panel with managed care like Caresource or silver summit.
