They keep building houses and apartments and cramming people into parts of the city without the appropriate infrastructure to support all the growth and people. Schools and roads completely overcrowded, road rage incidents at a high due to the ongoing construction and crowded roads. Education is horrible and schools super overcrowded. Being a native born Nevadan and being priced out of living here cause of the excessive growth. Rent is higher in Washoe county now than it is in Clark county. Median housing prices are a joke.
