Neglect of the 2025 Reca Amendment

The neglect of the RECA amendment in 2025 to include all of Clark County and all of Washoe County as downwinders to receive compensation for their family that were victims of the radiation caused by the NV test site from 1951-1962. All of Clark Co. was originally in the bill when it passed the house, then mysteriously again for the 3rd time, Las Vegas was taken out of downwinder status. In 2000 the EPA did a study of older houses in the Las Vegas area with attics and the study revealed radiation dust present. Most of the NV test site workers LIVED in Las Vegas, N. Las Vegas, so many that the AEC provided bus service to the site that met at the Mormon Church on North Eastern St. near Rancho High School. This has never been addressed on a national level, why?
