Nevada per se laws on cannabis

Nevada per se on cannabis with no signs of impairment. I’m the president of coalition of patient rights. I do not condone impairment driving. However these laws were created in 1999. Science has come a long way since then. We would like to but a bdr in to help people in Nevada since blood draw can trace cannabis over the limit for days or even weeks. It’s about time to based it on impaired driving with Dre, body cams , and see if they are impaired or not. Giving dui someone with just traces of cannabis in 2 ng seems like the very lowest in the states . Let’s work together for a better Nevada .
