Nevada State Agency Allowing Felons & Prohibited Persons To Carry Firearms at Schools & Hospitals

The state of Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board (PILB) governs licensed Security companies and Security officers. When Security officers get their security license, they are not authorized to carry a firearm at work until they complete a firearms training class. When security guards complete a firearms training class, the state of Nevada issues a Armed License without performing any background check. If a security guard is arrested for Domestic Violence, or any felony crime, the next day, the PILB will give the same person an ARMED License and a prohibited person carry a firearm at schools, airports, hospitals, child care facilities, etcetera. We must stop the PILB from letting felons and persons with domestic violence convictions carry guns in the community. Nevada Strong!
