property shouldn't be persistently taxed at higher and higher rates. We should be able to pay it once and be done. If the state cannot spend appropriately, that is not the home owner's problem or responsibility to fix by perpetually paying more quarterly. Florida does this. The UAE does this too. It's very popular. People shouldn't be perpetually taxed on property we're supposed to own once it's paid for.
