North / South Freeway

We desperately need a North/South freeway. The 2-lane highways are no longer safe with the amount of traffic we now have. There are no physical dividers on the highways and no place to go to avoid a bad situation. Stupid people are always trying to pass slow moving traffic when they shouldn't. Careful innocent drivers and families are killed by those who are not so careful. Not to mention big rigs being driven by those who shouldn't have a license. I am terrified to travel on highway 93 and 95.
