This new billing seems to be caused by rooftop solar energy diminishing a portion of NVE revenue streams. This is one of the unseen consequences of the misdirected push for green energy I don’t think the rate payers should be penalized for the mistakes made by our politicians and NVE. Basing the daily power consumption on the peak usage is not in the best interest of the consumer. Why isn’t the Governor and the PUC protecting us from this predatory billing strategy
