Power and water access not consistent

I have lived in Reno since 2012 and several times a year we must conserve our water because of drought issues. The other problem we face is the numerous electrical outages because of high winds, and power poles not maintained properly in the Reno Area. Every year we have outages for days. I lived in Las Vegas for eleven years and can’t remember ever having an outage. In Reno I can expect at least 2 outages a year since 2012 because of bad weather.
