Prison System

We need to reform our prison system. Too many deaths of inmates lately. The inmates are still human and should be treated as such. When medical or dental needs arise they should be treated. we need to take a good look at how we are mixing hardened criminals with regular criminals. give them back their gardens, let them help train wild horses and dogs for veterans and the disabled
