Property Ownership

People are stealing property. Nv needs to protect its citizens ownership. Perhaps an option might be to hold all transfer of ownership for 30 days. This would require the county office to send a notice to the last known address certified allowing them to object if necessary within 30 days. I do not know the answer it is merely a suggestion.
