Protecting Victims from Further Harm

Victims are taught we are not allowed defend ourselves but our abusers are never taught that they aren't allowed to abuse. My son and I have have suffered severe abuse all on video. Clear and obvious abuse. Our abuser is his father. My son spoke up about his abuse to his school the police advocates and more. He was approved for help by the VOC and the officer he spoke to decided it was felony child abuse. Guess where my son is now. With our abuser. Guess how many people, places I have on my list of places I went to for help. TOO MANY! I havent seen my son in two years. The courts do nothing. I am only alive because I won't die. I do not leave my house. Unless my older son is with me and even then I panic to the point of being sick. I know how I am going to die, my sons father is going to kill me. Its normal for me now. But someone needs to protect my son.
