Public records, transparency

In Nevada, public records only show what agencies want you to see. If they don’t want it out, they hide it. No real oversight—just court fights. Even taxpayer-funded investigations can be buried as “privileged.” How is that accountability? I would love to give a specific example of an invasive investigation into a municipalities human resources specifically directed towards employee employees to audit their actions and that audit and those results have been 100% hidden even though taxpayers paid for it.
