Reinstate criminal enforcement of traffic laws

Since the decriminalizing of most traffic laws our Nevada roads have become extremely dangerous with disregard of speed limits and traffic signal abuse becoming normalized. The high number of severe injuries and deaths warrant the return of criminal penalties for traffic violations.
