Rent

i am a 3rd generation Nevadan and I have in the last 12 years seen the rent increase so much! When I turned 18 and moved out I paid $400 a month downtown Reno for a studio. I now pay 1600 when it’s all said and done for a one bedroom. Jobs are scarce here and housing is getting insane. This does not work for the working class Nevadan. It isn’t about political parties anymore, we as a people (those making 50k a year or less) are unable to survive or achieve any real quality of life, let alone the “American Dream”.
