Respect for school grounds

We need to further educate the community of parents and elders about respecting school grounds during school hours and respecting the right of way for children and teenagers. I've seen how many people don't respect this, and sometimes when crossing the street, people don't stop their cars and don't yield, forcing many students to dodge drivers. There's also the problem of teenagers driving cars; they drive too fast and don't respect other drivers or pedestrians.
