Right to work

The "right to work" law that states that employees can be fired at any given time, for any given reason or for no reason is a very missed used law that The State of Nevada should maybe be willing to look into. This law opens the door for employers to continue to discriminate. Nevada will have mass hiring fairs in Las Vegas during the summer months and then are able to fire those same individuals six months later. This leads us back to the unemployment line and depending on the State of Nevada for basic necessities for food and shelter all because employers will use this law as another form of discrimination.
