Safe places for trans and homeless

Sanctuary cities for trans people declared and housing for the homeless. Nevada has both populations which are being attacked by politicians. We need a stance that strongly supports trans folks at this time. There is a lot of land that can be used to build homes on to support our houseless community, many of whom freeze to death during our winters despite heating programs.
