It time to STOP using the Criminal justice system and Mass incarceration as tools for Racism, Low income neighborhood population control, Mental Health Services and Youth Behavior and Development Services. It’s time to take responsibility and accountability for what is really going on and create Criminal justice reform in Nevada.
