The NRS has been designed to supersede the constitution. Constitutional rights are largely nullified by statutes. The NRS is what governs the State of Nevada. It’s replaced our constitution. Many statutes directly contradict or violate constitutional rights. Are you aware this is the case? Do you support the abolition, or supplantment of the NRS?
