Term Limits state and federal legislators

Nevada needs to limit terms of all levels of Senate and Congressional leaders. This will make sure there is fair and relevant representation in these offices. We also should require state representives to be a resident of this state and or district for a period of 10 years or more before being to run for these positions . This will protect our residents from out of state influences imposing their ridiculous issues in our state.
