There are too many non-essential education personnel between the school principals and the school superintendent.

Go to the project

In the classroom we are limited to the number of students per teacher. However, the number of people the school district employes that are not directly involved with teaching is higher than necessary and seems to be unlimited. There is a huge gap filled with "educators" who no longer teach, who in some cases should no longer be involved with education. This takes money from our teachers who actually and directly interact with students. This takes away money from the schools to provide the education our children need to be successful in their future. This area of our school administration needs to be reviewed, and this gap, between the superintendent and the schools needs to be made smaller with fewer employees.

Why not employ a Waldorf Education model for schools? Holistic to develop young minds through the development of skills, creativity, and building of intellect. We have enough students for factory labor that is no longer available in the modern labor force. Qualitative assessments instead of standardized testing.

Yep we had a financial emergency where they had to combine 2 elementary schools into one, a bunch of people pulled their kids out because the school board election long story. But yeah they had a bunch of Diversity we all know cultural Marxism job opening that paid more than the teachers. I’m sure they kept both of them while letting teachers go

My parents, and most of my family were/are teachers. Excess administration is a problem in almost every school district.

Agreed. We have far too many administrators. And many are overpaid.
